School Delegation
Schools register their delegates together and arrange their group's rooming plan. School registration is not yet open.

Independent day and overnight registration is open. Overnight places are limited; Secretariat will confirm rooming and availability.
Accommodation and Rooming
Room upgrades and accommodation requests are subject to availability. The cost planner has the current amounts.
School Groups
Schools will submit rooming plans after delegates register. Any upgrades are charged to the school.
Independent Delegates
Unaccompanied overnight delegates are placed with requested peers where possible. Guardian-accompanied delegates can request a Fairmont whole-room upgrade.
Teacher Sponsors and Staff
Teacher sponsor and volunteer staff rooms are requested separately and remain subject to availability.
Financial Aid
Financial aid is limited and may not be available until the months before the conference. Contact the Secretary-General to discuss eligibility.
