Day Delegate

For delegates who can travel to and from the downtown conference each day. Some programming may run into the evening.

School Delegation

Teacher sponsors register the school first. Delegates can then register under the school's name.

Independent Delegate

Regular day and overnight delegate registration is open. Overnight places are limited; Secretariat will confirm rooming and availability.

Accommodation and Rooming

Room upgrades and accommodation requests are subject to availability. The cost planner has the current amounts.

School Groups

Schools will submit rooming plans after delegates register. Any upgrades are charged to the school.

Independent Delegates

Unaccompanied overnight delegates are placed with requested peers where possible. Guardian-accompanied delegates can request a Fairmont whole-room upgrade.

Teacher Sponsors and Staff

Teacher sponsor and volunteer staff rooms are requested separately and remain subject to availability.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is limited and may not be available until the months before the conference. Contact the Secretary-General to discuss eligibility.
